Welcome to Golf Game Buddy. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Golf Game Buddy mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Golf Game Buddy is a golf game calculator and scorekeeping tool. The App helps players set up rounds, select from 18 supported golf games (such as Skins, Nassau, Wolf, and Vegas) plus optional Junk bets, and track scores using course scorecard data. The App is provided for entertainment and organizational purposes only.
Golf Game Buddy does not process, hold, transfer, or facilitate any real-money wagers, payments, or payouts. Any point values, dots, or dollar amounts calculated in the App are informational only and represent friendly wagers arranged directly between players, outside of the App. You are solely responsible for determining whether any wager among your group is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for settling any amounts owed between yourselves. Golf Game Buddy is not a party to any bet placed by its users.
The App provides access to course scorecard data for reference when setting up a round. Course details, pars, and handicaps are provided for convenience and may not always be complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm official scoring and handicap information with the course itself.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of any scores or information you enter.
If the App allows you to create an account or save round data, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The App, including its design, game rules descriptions, and branding, is owned by Golf Game Buddy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Golf Game Buddy does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring calculations will be free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Game Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any disputes between players over wagers or scoring.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
